Gabriadze Foundation Donation Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the donation process to the Gabriadze Foundation (hereinafter referred to as 'Foundation'). By making a donation, you (the 'Donor') acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

All donations received are intended to support the Foundation's mission of preserving and promoting the work and legacy of Rezo Gabriadze. The funds will be allocated to projects, events, maintenance of exhibits, and any other initiatives that align with the Foundation's purpose.

- The Foundation reserves the right to redirect funds to other areas within its mission scope if a
specific project becomes fully funded or is discontinued.
